This 4-days event is aimed at partner staff with the objective of sharing approaches and best practices to be adopted during the piloting and production phase of the ArtEMi guides.
Each day of the training activity was structured as follows (in the schedule of activities shared below you are presented wit the specific thematics and good practices shared in the training)
- Introduction
- Warming-up
- Approaches and practices sharing
- Sharing results’ evaluation
- Designing innovative activities based on the shared and revised practices to develop during piloting
- Initial planning of guides’ contents
- Strategies for carrying out remote activities
LTTA workshops included:
- Autobiographical narration and storytelling for enhancing personal skills and competences
- Art-therapy for creativity and psychological well-being enhancement
- Peer support group experience with self-help techniques
- Educational, training and self-entrepreneurship oriented motivational activities for skills and personal planning enhancement
LTTA activities intended to provide participants with a common background for homogeneous workshop management in the different countries, as well as with the tools to adapt such methodologies in their specific context, in order to guarantee convergent project implementation, production of guides and promotion of results.
Participants signed a Learning Agreement including learning objectives, expected commitment from participants, as well as tasks to be completed upon returning to own country.
