Summary
Biodanza is a group movement therapy aimed at fostering self-awareness and group relationships, a method that can be used with our target group overcoming language barriers.
In this session it was also used with a focus on creativity, to serve as a basis for the following entrepreneurship work.
For the entrepreneurship part, a brainstorming exercise was carried out to see what ideas, characteristics and talents each woman could use to create her own business
Theme
It is a Training Activity for social inclusion through professional and technical skills that can promote professional inclusion, and empowerment of migrant women.

It is intended that at the end of the workshop, participants will have:
- Identified with other women, other life paths
- Created a comfortable environment with movement
- Developed healthy relationships between group members
- Developed self-awareness through music and movement.
- Stimulated the creative process of migrant women

Preparation
It is necessary to prepare the material in advance and a comfortable place to host the workshop.
Step-by-step instructions
- The facilitator and participants must introduce themselves. To do this, group dynamics can be carried out.
- The facilitator must present the objectives of the session and techniques to be used, in a summarized form.
- The facilitator ask the participants to take of theirs shoes
- The Biodanza session begin and several self-awareness exercises are carried out, raising awareness of others, developing creativity and unlocking negative beliefs.
- Using the opening and awakening of creativity carried out in the biodanza session, participants are asked to write their business idea on paper
- Business ideas are presented and discussed in groups.
Evaluation
At the end of the training, participants’ satisfaction should be assessed through a questionnaire
